There are still naming issues in your VMMARK2.config.
The only place that should have a tile number by a workload name is in the Workload-specific list of Server VM hostnames section:
EX : DS2WebA/SERVERS="DS2WebA0 DS2WebA1"
I see that you have altered the Vmotion/Workloads to be "DS2WebA0". I'd also reboot your prime client prior to starting the next run to make sure everything is cleaned up.
